Shipping (Australia)

• FREE standard shipping on all orders over $75 AUD.
• Standard shipping $9.95 on orders under $75 — delivered in 3–7 business days.
• Express shipping $14.95 — delivered in 1–3 business days.
• All orders ship from the Gold Coast, QLD within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
• You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

International shipping

• We ship to New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, and the EU at calculated rates shown at checkout.
• Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs.
• Customs duties, import taxes, and any local fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Check with your local customs office if you’re unsure.

Returns — 30 days, no questions asked

Changed your mind? Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags still attached.
• Free returns shipping within Australia— we cover the cost.
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the item, back to the original payment method.
• International returns: you cover the return shipping. We refund the product price in full once the item is received.

Exchanges

Wrong size or want a different colour? Free exchanges within Australia for 30 days. Just email us at orders@getsunnylink.com with your order number and what you’d like to swap to, and we’ll send a return label and ship the replacement as soon as we receive the original.

Damaged or faulty items

If something arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, we’ll replace it or refund you in full. Email orders@getsunnylink.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we’ll sort it the same business day.

Order changes & cancellations

Need to change a shipping address or cancel an order? Email us within 1 hour of placing the order at orders@getsunnylink.com and we’ll do our best. Once an order has shipped we can’t change it — you can still return it under the 30-day return policy above.
